Trauma – a wound that you can heal at any time

Trauma is a psychological, emotional wound that hurts tremendously when you touch it.
It is not what is done to you from outside, but what happens within you as a result of external events. Trauma is the wound that the experience leaves behind. Gabor Maté knows: That’s a good thing!
